we visited this beautiful light house and got to meet a gentleman who used to paint the outside of it ( hanging from a rope )when he was 19 years old.........a mere 74 years ago! He was amazing to listen to and we all enjoyed his stories

I love the colors of the sky in the background. How did you happen to come across that man? I sure that was interesting.
ReplyDeletehe comes to the lighthouse once a week and just visits with people, and signs his book- someone local wrote a book about him. he was a great guy!
